We have a wide range of Policies and Procedures at Deepdale and all staff sign to say they acknowledge these for our working practice and will abide by them.
Policies are usually drawn up as a team effort, drawing from training we may have done and through experiences that have occurred and of course because of Legislation and EYFS.

Everything is reviewed 6-12 monthly or after an incident.

September 2012 saw the arrival of the new Early Years Foundation guidance document and following this we updated all Policies.
Safeguarding children is a crucial part of everyday life,
At Deepdale we have many years experience of making sure children and families who attend Deepdale are Safeguarded, we all, without exception ,train diligently in Safeguarding/Child Protection ,we have years of training and experience, to ensure we safeguard all children. We work with the local Safeguarding board and report any superstitions to the LADO.
If as parents, you have any suspicions about any child/family, please do not hesitate to voice it.
